This is a brilliant screwball comedy with the battle of the sexes, rapid-fire dialogue, absurd situations, and physical comedy.

Anyway, my point is this is soooo good. It is a superb enemies-to-lovers story with some of the best bickering and banter that never ever turns nasty.
It is like someone taking the best parts of How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days and then adding extra awesomeness .
As a bonus we replace Matthew McConaughy with Noah Fearnley who is much better - and has a ball. The Princess Sophie scenes are rightfully iconic as are the balcony shenanigans. Haley Evans goes toe to toe with him, which is no mean feat when your counterpart has that much screen presence.
It is a tough part to play (why on earth doesn't Charlotte tell Declan about the misdiagnosis) as she has to sell Charlotte leaving him 3 times. But Haley Evans takes us with the character and you end up just wanting to hug her. That's a lot to go through!
Well done Harry (Troy Tripicchio) btw for your infinite patience with the pair of them!
The whole piece is brilliant, I was worried it would run out of steam at the end as there was a lot to wrap up, but instead, the final episode delivers the biggest laughing and an excellent ending
💖 Top swoonworthy moment:
All of it! Very much enjoyed Declan in keyboard warrior mode defending Charlotte against the troll. Also when he nervously asks if Charlotte likes him.
🦹🏼♂️ Top villain award:
Lisha unlocks a new villain level of unhinged, but we rely on Jennifer to get things done with some classic scheming and resorting to violence at the end.
😂 Comedy gold:
The entire thing is genius. Princess Sophie, everything on the balcony, the physical comedy and the expressions from Noah Fearnley, the banter and bickering; but the LOL moment was Declan’s response to Charlotte telling him she is pregnant.
🎺 Unsung hero:
Harry for putting up with them both, and thankfully not getting hit by a drunk Declan who misses.
