First things first, ignore the out there title! This one is a gem, a fab romantic comedy. Ashley Michelle Grant & Noah Fearnley are brilliant and I will watch anything there are in. Ashley MG is just effortlessly likeable as the girl next door, cute, fun and with excellent timing.
Noah F has an amazing ability to switch in an instant from charming to radiating anger and threat, a key skill in Verties.
Plus loads more to like, Robyn Cantrell as the vicious maid needed more screen time, Kelsey Maskell is fabulous in everything and is the toxic ex you love to hate. And Vincent - Vincent needs a sequel where he gets his happy ever after. Well done as well to all for the refreshing lack of slaps, and the initially awful mum who admits when she is wrong and apologises.
💖 Top swoonworthy moment:
The one handed carry in episode 7 - if you know you know. Would love to know if this was scripted or just happened.
🦹🏼♂️ Top villain award:
Robyn Cantrell is fabulous as a vicious maid, but top marks to Kelsey Maskell for the toxic ex who even gets her child to lie for her.
