This is more of just a love story for all of my romance lovers out there about how me and my boyfriend met cause it is also kind of funny! Lol
My boyfriend’s name is Douglas Jung and he is also a vertical actor. We actually met in the call back room for "My Boss's Son Wants Me"! He was the reader and I was an actor auditioning for the role of Dakota. I had a really emotional scene in which we both cried together and it was beautiful! And THEENN I proceeded to say "it's so hard to look at you, you're intimidating me, your eyes are just so beautiful!! Ahhh!" LOL don't ask me why I impulsively said that but I did LOL I'm a quite direct person in general but maybe I could of waited till after the callback? HAHA. After the callback I called my grandma crying about how I KNEW I was meant to be in that room and that I felt so aligned and little did I know it was for more than just booking the role! Anyways, we didn't reconnect until the last day when we had our first kiss! It was our first kiss on screen and in general. And the kicker is it was supposed to be SUPER awkward but it was lovely. I REALLY had to pull out the acting chops in that moment... LOL Little real life vertie love story❤️

What do you wish more people knew about verticals?
That the are filled with such talented actors!
What developments would you like to see in the industry in the year ahead?
Better scripts and stories. More artistic and cinematic elements added.
What are you most proud of?
Proving to little Skylar that she can do absolutely anything she sets her mind to. Ever since I was about 5 years old I always knew I wanted to act. And I never allowed myself to be held back by insecurities or fear. My mom is a HUGE part in this. She always supported me and filled me with such love and confidence. I've always stayed true to my heart and I couldn't be more proud of myself for that.
Which vertical actor would you like to play you in the biopic of your life?
Dominique Rose (catch us in "My Boss Son Wants Me). We had a little love story!
