What do you do in the Vertical industry?
I am the lead actress in a vertical series called Secrets of Sin on the Galatea TV App.
How did you come across Vertical Dramas?
My agent submitted me to my first one around this time last year. It was my first time ever hearing about them but they popped off!
What is your favourite project you have worked on so far?
Secrets of Sin is the first and only vertical I've done. I'm so blessed that this was my first one, we just filmed season 2 last month!
What is the craziest thing you have found yourself doing while working on a vertical?
Well, since I play a stripper and I'm in a lot of very dainty exposing clothing. For safety purposes I had to use a tuck kit for all our club scenes. I spent most days tucking like a drag queen!
Any funny stories you can share with us?
During our last day of shooting, Bryce got on the pole and showed us some of his moves! I'm pushing for him to have a whole dance routine in season 3!
Who is your unsung hero? Someone in the industry who should get more credit?
My unsung hero's are intimacy coordinators! We were so blessed to have Arielle Zadook as ours and she was my saving grace throughout the entire filming process. From pole dancing to intimate scenes, she always had my back and made our needs and safety a top priority.
What do you wish more people knew about verticals?
That there are some really talent actors getting their big break through these projects. I heard from our stylist on set that a girl who did another one of these just booked the new Legally Blonde! So incredible! (Lexi Minetree)
What developments would you like to see in the industry in the year ahead?
Inclusivity and diversity. I would love to see more LGBTQ+ and POC opportunities and stories being told.
What are you most proud of?
This May I will be 4 years sober. Getting sober is the only reason I'm able to chase my dreams and create a reality I want to live in.
Which vertical actor would you like to play you in the biopic of your life?
I haven't seen anyone that would fit that role yet LOL
